Most browsers are installed with cookies enabled.
If your cookies are disabled, you need to enable them by using one of the
following methods.
Enable
cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x.

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

Click the Privacy tab and then click Default.

Click OK.
Enable
cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x.

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
-
Click the Security tab, and then click Internet.
-
Click Default Level.
-
Click OK.
Enable
cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x

On the View menu, select Internet Options.
-
Click the Advanced
tab.
-
Scroll down the list of options to Security (marked with a padlock symbol),
then select one of the following options:

Prompt before accepting cookies
-
Accept all cookies.

Click OK.
Enable cookies in
Netscape Navigator 6.x
-
On the Edit menu, click Advanced
(the word itself, not the "+" next to it).

Select either Accept all cookies or Enable cookies for the originating
Web site only.

Click OK.
Enable
cookies in Netscape Communicator/ Navigator 4.x
-
On the Edit menu , click Advanced
(the word itself, not the "+" next to it).
-
Select either Accept all cookies or Accept only cookies that get sent
back to the originating server.

Click OK.
Enable
cookies in Netscape Navigator 3.x
Navigator 3.x does not have a way to disable cookies, so you should be able to
sign in regardless of your settings. However, you may be shown a cookie alert
each time you sign in. To get rid of the alert:

On the Options menu, select Network Preferences.
-
Click the Protocols
tab.
-
Under the Show an Alert Before section, clear the check box next to Accepting a
cookie.

Click OK.
Enable
cookies in Opera (most versions)

On the Preferences menu, select Advanced.
-
Under the logging section, select Cookie Logging.
-
Click OK.
If you use
AOL, WEB TV, or cable modem
If you're using AOL, WebTV, or a cable modem, then try disabling your proxy.
